Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in data science, business analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in data analysis and insights generation, preferably in a revenue operations or related role. Experience with Salesforce and/or Tableau dashboards preferred. Proficiency in data visualization tools, business intelligence platforms, and statistical analysis software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis techniques to extract, interpret, and analyze large sets of data related to sales, marketing, and customer success. Develop and generate regular reports, dashboards, and decks that tell a story, communicating key performance metrics and trends to stakeholders. Revenue Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop accurate and insightful orders and revenue forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors. Provide ongoing analysis and adjustments to forecasts as needed. Customer Lifecycle Analysis: Analyze customer journey data to understand and optimize the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Work with cross-functional teams to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations. Develop benchmarks and performance targets to guide decision-making and strategy. Strategic Recommendations: Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven decision-making processes.
