Crab 2000 Heavy Duty AGV — Intelligent Mobility for Modern Logistics
Crab 2000 is a powerful steering-wheel Automated Guided Vehicle created as a universal mobile platform for demanding industrial environments. It is suitable for those who want to hire robot technologies, rent a robot for temporary automation, or purchase a robot for sale to strengthen internal logistics. As a robot worker designed for continuous operation, it supports job for robots in warehouses, factories, laboratories and large distribution hubs where robots in logistics must perform with precision and stability. The AGV operates using QR code, laser and optional SLAM navigation, allowing it to adapt to complex routes in unmanned warehouse spaces or production lines. It moves forward and backward, performs left and right turns, rotates in place, executes 90° to 360° rotations and lateral movement, providing flexible work for the robot even in narrow corridors. Navigation and stop accuracy are ±10 mm, with customizable precision up to ±5 mm for high-accuracy logistics robots used in SMT areas or assembly operations.
Smart Integration and Automation
Crab 2000 supports multiple linkage between several Automated Guided Vehicles, optional elevator access for cross-floor material handling and full autonomous operation. It works automatically according to scheduling commands without manual intervention. The platform offers wide expansion options, can be customized to specific tasks and integrates smoothly with WMS and WES systems for complete robot automation.
Safety and Reliability
The AGV features laser obstacle avoidance, bumper protection and front and rear emergency stop buttons for triple safety assurance. Self-charging capabilities include wireless and automatic charging, ensuring continuous availability for work in logistics, assembly workshops or material transport zones.
Industrial Platform for Universal Applications
Crab 2000 can serve as the base of a robot arm AMR or SMT magazine transfer AMR. It integrates effortlessly with roller conveyors and lifts. Its advanced SLAM system creates a navigation map by scanning the AGV path and comparing real-time conditions to calculate location, speed and movement angles, supporting autonomous workflows in automated guided cart systems and agv material handling processes. The robot is produced by a Shenzhen Guangdong manufacturer founded in 2013 with 120 employees and expertise in auto guided vehicles, autonomous mobile robot solutions and mobile industrial robot platforms.
Crab 2000 is ideal for unmanned warehouse operations, production lines, industrial distribution centers and smart factories. Packaging is done in wooden boxes on pallets for safe transport.
