Requirements

  • 10+ years in commercial or sales leadership, ideally across multiple APAC markets
  • Proven experience in scaling high-growth B2B businesses, particularly in tech, industrial, or services sectors
  • Deep knowledge of solution selling, recurring revenue models, and channel partner ecosystems
  • Track record of P&L ownership, financial planning, and regional business management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Strong communicator, negotiator, and builder of cross-cultural teams
  • Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
