Requirements
- Completed training as an industrial clerk, technician, or a degree in business/engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, experience in an industrial company in the area of production planning or control.
- Confident handling of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid knowledge of production planning and control processes.
- High level of initiative, assertiveness, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Technical and entrepreneurial thinking with a structured, process-oriented working style.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and mediation skills.
