We are hiring skilled engineers to join our Shenzhen or Beijing R&D teams as Personal Intelligence–Operation Algorithm Engineers. This role offers exceptional careers in robotics and AI, focusing on imitation learning, object tracking, and attitude estimation for humanoid and dual-arm robot systems. Candidate requirements include:
1. Master's degree or above in robotics, computer science, graphics, mathematics and other related majors; 

2. Have a solid theoretical foundation of machine learning and deep learning, and are familiar with common deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.; 

3. (Direction 1) Experience in the research of imitation learning algorithms is preferred, and familiarity with algorithms such as Diffusion, ACT, etc; 

4. (Direction 2) Have experience in object tracking and attitude estimation related projects, and are familiar with common algorithm frameworks and tools; 

5. Proficient in Python, C++ and other programming languages, with good programming habits and code specifications; 

6. Possess strong problem-solving skills and innovation skills, and can carry out research work independently;

7. Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to withstand work pressure;

8. Those who have published papers in top journals (RSS/CORL/ICRA/IROS/TRO/IJRR/CVPR/ECCV, etc.) in robotics, computer vision and other fields are preferred.
