The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

 

1.Proficient in classic/modern control theory (state space, frequency domain design)
2.Familiar with motor principle (DC/stepper/servo/BLDC)
3.Master the basics of rigid body dynamics modeling
4.Proficient in using MATLAB for control system design and simulation
5.Master C/C++ embedded development
6.Familiar with ROS or real-time operating system (extra points)
7.Understand the principle of feedback devices such as encoders, IMUS, force sensors, etc.
8.Understand the basics of power circuits and drivers (such as EtherCAT/CAN communication)
