Key requirements for the candidate:

1. Master's degree or above in computer, mechanical electronics, automation, communications and other related majors, or have more than 5 years of embedded system development experience and have led at least 2 or more product development experience;
2. Proficient in C/C++, familiar with Python/Shell; master Git, Jenkins, CMake and other tools;
3. In-depth mastery of Linux or RTOS (such as FreeRTOS, RT-Thread) kernel and driver development;
4. Familiar with ARM Cortex-M/R/A, RISC-V and other architectures, able to understand the schematic diagram, have hardware debugging capabilities, familiar with CAN, EtherCAT, SPI, SPI, ETC.Commonly used protocols such as I2C, USB, Ethernet, BLE, LoRa, etc.;
5. Possess system thinking, cross-departmental communication skills, stress resistance, and team leadership;
6. Robot-related competitions or project experience is preferred, in top academic journals/conferences (IJRR/TRO/RAL/RSS/ICRA/IROS, etc.) Published papers are preferred.
