Requirements

We are hiring a Robot Arm Algorithm Intern to support the development of motion planning and trajectory optimization algorithms for collaborative robotic arms. This role offers valuable careers growth for graduate students seeking hands-on experience in robotics, simulation, and system integration. As part of our ongoing recruitment for cutting-edge R&D job openings, you will work closely with algorithm, hardware, and sensor teams on real-world robotic systems. Key candidate requirements include:

(1) Basic conditions​

Education background: Master's or doctoral students in computer science, robotics, automation, control engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields, with a strong interest in the field of robotics;​

Learning ability: Have a strong independent learning ability and research spirit, can quickly understand the principles of basic algorithms, and are willing to take the initiative to explore technical difficulties.​

(2) Theoretical basis​

Understand the basic theories of robotics and rigid body kinematics, and have a preliminary understanding of kinematics and inverse kinematics;​

Initially grasp the basic concepts of motion planning, and understand the core ideas of classic path planning algorithms such as RRT and A *.;​

Basic understanding of convex optimization, nonlinear optimization, or robotic arm control strategies is preferred.​

(3) Professional skills​

Master Python or C++ programming language, have basic code writing and debugging skills;​

Understand the basic usage of the robot operating system ROS (ROS2 priority), and those who have preliminary contact with the path planning open source framework (such as OMPL) or simulation software (such as MuJoCo) are preferred;​

Will use commonly used office software and data collation tools, and have basic data analysis capabilities.​

(4) Comprehensive quality​

Have a good sense of teamwork and can actively cooperate with the team to complete the assigned tasks;​

Possess clear logical thinking and communication skills, work seriously and responsibly, and have strong executive ability;​

At least 4 days of internship time can be guaranteed per week, and the internship period is not less than 3 months.​

Three, extra points​

Experience in participating in robot competitions or related projects such as RoboCon and RoboMaster;​

Published academic papers or applied for related patents in the field of robotics;​

Possess basic cognition or practical experience in combining deep learning with robotic arms.
