We are hiring an experienced Product Manager to lead end-to-end product planning and UX strategy for intelligent hardware, apps, and system platforms. Key requirements include:

1. Universal ability：

Solid understanding, analysis, summary and integration skills, excellent structured expression and writing, good at interdisciplinary communication.

Outstanding aesthetics and taste, with a grasp of typography, retention, rhythm, and dynamic effects; with the ability to simplify and visualize complex systems.

2. UI/UX special edition (required)：

Proficient in information architecture, interaction design, usefulness testing, and design system construction; able to independently complete the whole process from insight to prototype to specification.

Commonly used tools: Figma/Sketch, Axure/ProtoPie/Principle, FigJam/Miro, Keynote/Slides.

3. Product and technical understanding：

3 years or more of product manager experience (including more than 1 year of UI/UX or interaction background), there are cases from 0 to 1/scale.

Understand the basics of physical intelligence/robotics: sensor and perception, motion/grasping, navigation, ROS/ROS 2, edge/cloud collaboration, and multi-modal interaction.

Understand the application of large model/multi-modal model in HRI (VLM/ASR/TTS/intent understanding/Agent), with Prompt design and data annotation

Normative ability.

Have a basic understanding of mobile terminal (iOS/Android), embedded Linux, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/OTA, privacy and data compliance.

4. Project and data capabilities：

Proficient in using Jira/Concept/Confluence, Git/test platform, etc.; Able to build indicators and dashboards for A/B and observability analysis.

Possess basic data analysis capabilities (SQL/Spreadsheet/Python, etc.), and can transform insights into landing requirements.

5. Communication and language：

Fluent in written and oral expression in Chinese and English, good at presentation and narrative; able to report on external plans and communicate with customers.

Extra points

Experience in mass production and certification of robotics/intelligent hardware (safety regulations/EMC/reliability).

Have experience in building and large-scale reuse of design systems from 0, or landing cases of complex dynamics and accessibility.

Have a background in industrial design/human factor engineering/cognitive psychology/service design.

He has contributed to the open source community, papers/patents, won awards in top conferences/competitions, and experience in technical preaching.

Information architecture diagram, task flow chart, interactive prototype and component specification; design review and availability test report.

Version roadmap, iteration plan, risk list and review documents; external publicity materials (Pitch, whitepaper, case collection).
