We are hiring a Robot Arm Algorithm Expert to drive advanced motion planning and control solutions for multi-DOF collaborative robotic arms. Requirements include:

1. Academic requirements: Master's degree or above in computer science, robotics, automation, control engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields;

2. Theoretical foundation: familiar with robotics, rigid body kinematics, and master commonly used kinematics and inverse kinematics methods; have a deep theoretical foundation of motion planning, familiar with commonly used path planning algorithms (such as RRT, PRM, A*) and their improvements; understand commonly used trajectory optimization and model predictive control methods, familiar with the construction and solution of basic convex optimization and nonlinear optimization problems; understand the control strategy of the robotic arm system;

3. Professional skills: proficient in Python, C++ and other programming languages, have experience in the development of the robot operating system ROS2, understand or use open source frameworks for path planning and trajectory optimization such as OMPL, TrajOpt, Chomp; familiar with commonly used kinematics libraries such as Pinocchio, etc.; Familiar with commonly used robot simulation software such as MuJoCo, Isaac Lab, etc.

4. More than 2 years of work experience in algorithm development in the field of robotics, especially in the field of robotic arm collaboration, experience in path planning, trajectory optimization, and real-time control systems is preferred.;

5. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems, have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, be able to apply cutting-edge algorithms to products, and have the ability to solve actual engineering problems.;
