Key candidate requirements include:

1. More than 1.4 years of agv sales experience, familiar with the operation mode of agv projects, able to quickly adapt to the pace of work, and accurately meet customer needs;

2. Can quickly learn the company's products and technologies, independently complete customer scenario mapping, configuration selection and PPT program presentation;

3. Possess excellent negotiation skills, be able to respond flexibly in complex business negotiations, and skillfully use negotiation strategies to strive for the best interests of the company;

4. Communication skills: Possess excellent communication, expression and negotiation skills, be able to clearly communicate product advantages and solutions, effectively deal with customer questions and objections, and establish a good relationship of customer trust;

5. Can meet the needs of daily customer visits and business trips, and carry out business work flexibly and efficiently.
