CaPow is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to join its R&D team and lead rapid-cycle integration of wireless energy systems into autonomous robotic platforms. This role is ideal for professionals seeking advanced careers in deep-tech innovation, working hands-on with AMRs and AGVs from concept through mass production. As part of our growing job openings, you will design electromechanical assemblies, customize robotic systems, and collaborate closely with electrical and embedded teams. Candidate requirements include:


  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Practical Engineer / Maker with 5+ years of mechanical design experience.
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Experience working with AMR/AGV robotic platforms.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping (e.g., 3D printing) - must.
  • Hands-on capabilities: lab work, mechanical assembly, and small-scale constructions.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience performing mechanical retrofitting / customization of robotic systems - advantage.
