CaPow is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships and drive business growth in the material handling and robotics sector. Candidate requirements include:


  • 7+ years of experience in account management within the material handling and logistics industry,
  • with a focus on integrators, 3PLs, and resellers.
  • Must be a quota carrier with proven track record.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Electrical
  • Engineering background is an advantage.
  • Experience with robotics, AGVs, and AMRs is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Strong understanding of logistics solutions, material handling technologies, and supply chain
  • optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel
