Description
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional experience in mechanical design for manufactured products.
- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (Solidworks preferred), with a focus on speed, efficiency, documentation, and best practices for manufacturability.
- Proven experience working directly with manufacturers, including DFM reviews, supplier communication, and quality control.
- Practical knowledge of GD&T and creating production-ready 2D drawings.
- Solid understanding of IP ratings & material selection for hardware used in harsh environments
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
