Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, specializing in mechanical engineering and other related fields; 

2. Acquire relevant knowledge and skills in designing mechanical structures, as well as proficiency in widely used 3D modeling and other related professional software; 

3. Able to use mechanical analysis to optimize the structure of parts, familiar with the technological characteristics of widely used materials and mechanical manufacturing processes; 

4. Full of enthusiasm for new knowledge, flexible thinking, strong practical skills and executive abilities, good communication skills, spirit of cooperation and initiative, positive attitude to work; 

5. Experience in designing gearboxes or manufacturing parts in molds is preferred, as well as experience in participating in equipment-related competitions ;

6. Outstanding new graduates can mitigate work experience requirements.
