1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience；；
2. Have a solid foundation in optical theory, and have a deep understanding of optical design theory and aberration theory.；
3. Familiar with optical parameters and related test principles and equipment；
4. Ability to use optical and mechanical design software such as Zemax/Code V and AutoCAD for optical simulation and design；
5. Good data collection, collation and analysis skills, and strong document writing skills；
6. Dare to take responsibility, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, bear hardships and stand hard work, and be full of teamwork spirit；
7. Experience in the development of integrated optical equipment and complex optical equipment (lithography machines, etc.), and imaging-related experience is preferred.
