1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of work experience, familiar with SAP or MES operating system, familiar with new product introduction process; 

2. Work experience in forklift/AGV/industrial robot industry is preferred, and proficiency in understanding and using IPD methods is preferred; 

3. Understand the requirements of IATF16949, and be proficient in the seven techniques of QC.Use the 8D method to correct and prevent problems, and be proficient in using QCC, PCDA and other improvement methods for process improvement and quality improvement; 

4. Strong sense of responsibility and execution, good communication and coordination skills, quality and safety risk control and prevention awareness;

5. Familiar with CAD or Proe and other engineering drawing software, proficient in PPT, EXCEL and other office software.
