1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of lean or IE work experience, major in industrial engineering is preferred;

2. Experience in intelligent factory manufacturing upgrading and digital factory construction is preferred; 

3. Familiar with manufacturing MES, ERP, WMS and other systems, in demand conversion, project management, promotion and application

4. Familiar with the work and system in the planning field, have optimization and improvement work in the fields of production planning, forecasting, material planning, procurement execution, etc., and have independent project management and promotion experience; 

5. Good communication, expression and coordination skills, meticulous thinking, strong principles, and good teamwork.spirit
