Requirements

  1. Familiar with product development and development process, more than two years of first-line product development experience;
  2. More than 3 years of project management experience, passing PMP certification is preferred;
  3. Familiar with the R&D project management process, familiar with the CMMI R&D system, able to control the project process and control the quality of the project; 
  4. Good communication/coordination skills, Risk assessment ability, problem solving/promotion ability, management knowledge, ability to build, organize, motivate teams, etc.;
  5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and execution;
