1. Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics and other related majors are preferred；
2. Have a preliminary understanding of the processing and forming technology, surface treatment and material characteristics of plastics, sheet metal, die casting, etc.；
3. Understand the principle and application of common institutions；
4. Proficient in using 3D and 2D design software；
5. Have strong learning ability, problem analysis and solution ability, teamwork ability, good communication and expression ability, sense of responsibility and innovative spirit；
6. Those with relevant award-winning experience in mechanical design competitions are preferred.
