1.Master's degree or above, major in computer vision, image processing, machine learning, and pattern recognition；
2.Familiar with cnn, rnn and commonly used machine learning algorithms, and have rich practical experience in model parameter tuning；
3.Familiar with at least one open source framework for deep learning such as Caffe, TensorFlow, Pytorch, etc.；
4.Have a solid programming foundation, proficient in C/C++ language and commonly used data structures and algorithms; at least familiar with one script language such as python, shell, etc.；
5.Have a good understanding of deep learning, and those who publish academic papers are preferred；
6.Ability to independently analyze and solve problems, good communication skills
7.Be able to practice continuously for at least 4 months or more, 4 days a week.
