Description
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing, mechatronics, automation and other related majors;
- Experience in the development of handling robots or process equipment, as well as experience in the development of robots, reducers, machine tool spindles, etc;
- Proficient in at least one three-dimensional structural design software, with certain finite element analysis and structural optimization capabilities;
- Have a certain understanding of casting and injection molding processes, be familiar with conventional mechanical structure-related metal and non-metallic materials, and be familiar with conventional surface treatment and heat treatment processes;
- Possess good learning ability. Problem analysis ability, can be independently debugged to solve problems;
- Good communication and coordination skills and a sense of teamwork, able to actively summarize and share one's own development experience;
- Positive work attitude, strong sense of time management, able to withstand work pressure and adapt to project management requirements;
- Familiar with the product development process, have a rigorous work attitude, and have a strong sense of cost control;
