Description
Requirements
- Completed training or a degree in mechanical engineering, design engineering, or a comparable field;
- Several years of experience in mechanical design — ideally with turning and milling parts, sheet metal parts, and welded assemblies;
- Confident use of CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or CATIA;
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing technologies and materials science;
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working;
- Strong communication skills and a real team player attitude;
- Experience with metal and plastic casting;
- Interest or experience in the field of robotics;
- Knowledge of kinematics and dynamics of robots is a plus;
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Generative Design;
- Basic programming skills in Python and/or C++ are an advantage.
