1. You have several years of experience in communications or PR – ideally with a focus on public relations as well as supporting and advising top management on communication matters.
2. You are fluent in both German and English and can adapt your style flexibly to different target audiences and channels.
3. You have successfully built and managed social media channels – particularly LinkedIn.
4. You are familiar with text and image editing tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Photoshop) and use them confidently.
5. You enjoy working creatively, taking responsibility, and thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment.
6. You are willing to travel for events and reporting and accompany the CEO with professionalism and strong organizational skills.
