4. Excellent organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a confident, professional demeanor—even under pressure.
5. A hands-on mentality and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on shared success.
6. Fluent communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.
7. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
8. A strong affinity for and enthusiasm about future-focused topics such as robotics and artificial intelligence.
