1. Several years of experience in a generalist HR role.
2. Enthusiasm for employee support, recruiting, employer branding and the development of HR standards.
3. A good feel for the needs of employees and the ability to promote a positive and inclusive corporae culture.
4. Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with different stakeholders.
5. High level of self-motivation, problem-solving mentality and enthusiasm for a vibrant corporate culture.
6. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor law, preferably also with experience in start-ups or fast-growing companies.
7. Fluency in German and English.
