Candidate requirements include:

1.Master's degree or above, major in computer science, artificial intelligence or related, with leading development experience in similar systems;
2.Love programming, have a solid foundation, and are proficient in but not limited to one or more of the programming languages such as C/C++, Python, etc.Familiar with the Linux operating system, have a certain understanding of common data structures and algorithms;
3.Solid technical accumulation and project experience in voice interaction, human-computer dialogue or AI agent are preferred;
4.Have a strong understanding and mastery of AI models and model deployment, and have a certain understanding of model optimization.
Extra points:
1. Experience in autonomous driving algorithms is preferred
2. Model inference optimization and deployment are preferred
3. Familiar with LLM/VLM/MLLM related large-model algorithms and technologies, experience in fine-tuning large-model and strengthening learning algorithms is preferred
4. Those who are familiar with langchain/langgraph/autogen and other frameworks are preferred
