The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. A solid foundation of Python programming, able to write clearly structured and maintainable code.
   2. Good foundations of linear algebra, probability theory and mathematical statistics.
   3. Possess excellent English literature reading and understanding skills (CET-4 and above).
   4. Strong desire to learn, self-driving ability and problem-solving ability.
   5. Be careful, patient, have requirements for data quality, and pay attention to details.
   6. Can guarantee attendance at least 3-4 days a week for more than 3 months.
   Priority：
   1. Experience in using Python scientific computing and data analysis libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.
   2. Have basic concepts of motion capture technology and computer animation principles (such as reverse kinematics IK and forward kinematics FK).
   3. Experience in using 3D software or game engines such as Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder, Unity or Unreal Engine.
   4. Participated in related course projects, scientific research projects or technical competitions.
