Our company is actively hiring for an Embodied AI Algorithm Engineer in Beijing, offering outstanding employment opportunities in cutting-edge artificial intelligence and robotics. We are looking for talented professionals to develop multimodal large language models and general-purpose robot intelligence systems. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

1. Master's degree or above in computer science and technology, artificial intelligence, software engineering, graphics and other related majors;
2. Familiar with multi-modal domain algorithms, familiar with basic VLM models such as Llava and QwenVL; familiar with basic VLA models such as OpenVLA, RT-2, Pi0, and RDT; familiar with NLP domain algorithms, familiar with basic LLM models such as Bert, GPT, and Llama;
3. Familiar with algorithms in the CV field, familiar with basic CV models such as ViT, DINO, SAM, GAN, Diffusion, etc.;
4. Familiar with generative model algorithms and their training and development processes, including data preprocessing, pre-training, model tuning and verification, etc., Have a deep understanding and practical experience in at least one technology such as Transformer, RWKV, Mamba, Diffusion, VQ-GAN, CLIP, etc.;
5. Actual development experience with model compression and optimization experience (such as quantification and distillation) is preferred; experience in deploying models in a production environment is preferred;
6. Those who have published academic papers in top international conferences (such as CVPR, ICRA, IROS, RSS, NeurIPS, etc.) and journals are preferred;
7. Have a good ability to read English scientific and technological literature and reproduce algorithms.
