We are currently hiring a Senior Engineer of Perceptual Algorithm (Unmanned Vehicle) to join our intelligent driving R&D team in Shenzhen. As part of our ongoing recruitment, you will lead model training and optimization for traffic light and lane line detection, ensuring robust performance in complex real-world scenarios. Key candidate requirements include:
1. A master's degree or above in computer science, automation, robotics, deep learning and other related majors is preferred, more than 3 years of experience in algorithm research and development, and has led the whole process of traffic light or lane line module training and optimization;

2. Proficient in the working principle of various sensors and related performance indicators;

3. Master the basic principles and optimization methods of common lane line detection models (maptr, etc.), or the principles and optimization methods of traffic light detection models;

4. For the corner case on the line, formulate corresponding solutions, such as changes in the lighting of traffic lights and various types; problems such as blurred lane lines;

5. Have a sense of responsibility, self-drive and excellent communication skills, have a solid foundation in mathematics and physics, are familiar with C/C++ programming, and have good programming habits;

6. Good problem analysis skills, good stress resistance, passion for solving challenging problems, excellent teamwork spirit, strong communication and collaboration skills.
