We are hiring a Humanoid Robot VLA Senior Algorithm Engineer in Shenzhen and Beijing, offering exciting career opportunities in the cutting-edge field of robotics. This role involves designing and deploying multi-modal large-model (VLM/VLA) algorithms for humanoid robots, building simulation environments, and accelerating real-to-sim-to-real algorithm deployment. Key candidate requirements include:
1. Computer, artificial intelligence, automation and other related majors, master's degree or above is preferred; 

2. Have a solid foundation in robotics, familiar with robot kinematics/dynamics modeling, impedance control, parameter recognition and other algorithms, and have experience in the development of robotic arms or humanoid robots is preferred; 

3. Have a solid foundation of deep learning, and are familiar with mainstream visual-language model architectures such as Transformer, Bertrand, ViT, CLIP, and BLIP; 

4. Have experience in large-model training/inference optimization, familiar with its application in multi-modal tasks, familiar with mainstream VLA/VLM model architecture, and have complete experience in the whole process of algorithm reproduction, model development, training optimization, and real-machine deployment; 

5. Proficient in using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, with good engineering capabilities and code implementation capabilities; 

6. Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to learn quickly and solve problems.
