Key candidate requirements include:

1. Strong expertise in aggregate calculations and the ability to think logically and solve complex engineering problems effectively;
2. Expertise in CAD software tools, preferably Solid edge, to create accurate models and designs quickly while maintaining high-quality standards;
3. Strong understanding of various manufacturing and production processes and how they impact design decisions;
4. Deep knowledge of GD&T principles and proficiency in performing tolerance stack-up analysis;
5. Familiarity with Design Thinking principles for innovative ideation, problem-solving, and product design;
6. Proven experience in creating detailed product documentation such as BoMs, SoPs, and testing reports;
7. Certified Courses in Design Thinking;
8. Familiarity with various Indian and International Standards, and compliance regulations
9. Cross discipline knowledge;
10. Familiarity with data analysis and visualisation;
11. Desired Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering (or related) from a Tier 1 or 2 Institute;
12. Work Experience: 2-5 years.
