• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to technical commercial roles (Sales, Agronomy, Crop Science, Marketing, or similar);
• Experience supporting or helping to implement an applicant tracking system (ATS);
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail;
