Key requirements for the candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial engineering or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in new product industrialization;
• Experience in production management and / or agricultural machinery assembly is a plus;
• Strong communication skills with all types of audiences;
• Comfortable working in production and industrial environments;
• Self-motivated, autonomous and proactive;
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving oriented;
• Fluent in Slovak and English;
• Driving Licence Mandatory.
