Key candidate requirements include:

1. Doctoral degree in mechanical engineering, mechanical design and theory, mechatronics and other related majors, or a master's degree and have more than 3 years of research and development experience in the fields of robotics, automation, and high-end equipment;
2. Master the relevant knowledge and skills of mechanical structure design, and be proficient in using commonly used 3D modeling and other related professional software.;
3. Familiar with the suppliers and technical parameters of the core components of the joint module reducer, frameless motor, drive, encoder, torque sensor, etc.;
4. Proficient in using 3D/2D design software such as SolidWorks/UG/Pro-E/Creo and AutoCAD, familiar with the use of various FEA and MBD simulation software;
5. Enthusiasm for new knowledge, flexible thinking, strong hands-on ability and execution ability, good communication skills, collaborative spirit and initiative, and positive work attitude;
6. Robot-related competitions or project experience is preferred, and top academic journals/conferences (IJRR/TRO/RAL/Those who have published papers on RSS/ICRA/IROS, etc.) are preferred.
