Key candidate requirements include:

1. Bachelor degree or above, electrochemistry.Vehicle engineering.Mechatronics.electrical.Automation and other majors;

2. More than 2 years of experience in hardware design of battery management system (BMS), familiar with PCBA manufacturing process, familiar with battery cells and related knowledge;

3. Familiar with power supply circuit design, with a variety of ACDC and DCDC circuit design experience；

4. Familiar with Smbus, Can bus, l2C, Spi, Uart, RS485, RS232 and other interface communications;

5. Familiar with the safety design of electronic products.Related domestic and foreign and industry standards, such as UL9540A, IEC 62619.FCC, etc.;

6. Familiar with Cadence and other schematic diagrams and PCB circuit design tools, and proficient in using related test tools, such as oscilloscopes, constant current sources, electronic loads, etc.;

7. Familiar with EMC specifications, and certain experience in EMC processing of BMS circuit boards is preferred;

8. Familiar with the key algorithm design (oc/oh) of the battery management system (BMS), developers are preferred;

9. Have good English reading skills.
