Key requirements include:
 

1.Education background: 
1)Master's degree or above in computer science, robotics, automation, artificial intelligence or related fields.

2.Core skills：
1)Proficient in a mainstream deep learning framework (PyTorch /TensorFlow).
Strong C++ engineering ability, and solid Python programming ability.
2)Understand ROS/ROS2, and have practical experience in developing, debugging, and deploying algorithms in ROS.
Professional experience：
1)In the field of perception, planning or control of robots (autonomous driving, drones, mobile robots), he has more than 2 years of experience in the development and deployment of machine learning algorithms.
2)Have an in-depth understanding of classic robot navigation stacks (such as SLAM, A*, DWA, MPC)-this is the basis for collaboration with the team.
3.Soft skills: 
1)strong curiosity, excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.You must be able to clearly explain complex models to engineers with non-ML backgrounds.

4.Priority condition (Preferred /Plus):

1)A doctorate degree in the field of robotics or artificial intelligence.
Have successful experience in reinforcement learning (RL), imitation learning (IL), or generative model deployment on real hardware.
2)Those who have papers published in top robotics or AI conferences/journals (such as CoRL, ICRA, IROS, RSS, NeurIPS) are preferred.
