Key requirements include:

1.Bachelor degree or above, with a background in computer science, mathematics, automation and other related majors.
2. 1-3 years of work experience in computer vision or deep learning.
3.Proficient in C++/Python programming language, with good engineering ability.
4. Have at least 2 or more landing project experience related to target detection or segmentation, and can clearly explain the technical solutions and achievements in the project.
5. Be familiar with common visual algorithms and network architectures (such as YOLO, Mask R-CNN, DeepLab, etc.), and understand the cleaning, labeling, and management processes of typical data sets.
6. Familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.), able to complete model training, reasoning, and optimization deployment.
7. Familiar with embedded hardware platforms (such as NVIDIA Jetson, RKNN), and master the use of related inference libraries (TensorRT, RKNN Toolkit, etc.).
8. Master the basic methods of image processing and point cloud processing, and be able to complete pre-processing, feature extraction, and result post-processing.
9. Possess good problem analysis and solution capabilities, and can quickly locate and solve problems during model deployment and operation.
