Requirements

We are hiring a BMS Development Engineer to lead end-to-end battery management system development, from hardware architecture and certification to system testing and mass production. You will work closely with ODM partners, supply chain teams, and software engineers to ensure reliable, compliant, and scalable BMS solutions. Key requirements include:

1. Education major: Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/Automation/Computer Science

2. Experience requirements:

* More than 3 years of BMS development experience, participate in at least 1 mass production project

* Familiar with ARM MCU peripheral design and automotive electronics development process

3. Skill requirements:

* Proficient in C\C++, python and other programming tools

* Proficient in hardware design EDA tools such as Cadence

* Master Matlab/Simulink algorithm modeling and CANoe testing tools

* Possess cross-disciplinary coordination capabilities of battery protection strategy and thermal management system

* Familiar with the design, certification and production process of BMS

* Familiar with relevant suppliers and industry distribution in the battery cell and BMS industry

* Have good coordination and communication skills, need to adapt to short-term business trips to support on-site commissioning

* Experience in power or energy storage BMS is preferred

4. Language ability: English CET-4 and above, can read technical documents
