We are hiring a BMS Development Engineer to lead end-to-end battery management system development, from hardware architecture and certification to system testing and mass production. Key requirements include:

1. Education major: Bachelor degree or above in Electronics/Automation/Computer Science

2. Experience requirements：

* More than 3 years of BMS development experience, participate in at least 1 mass production project

* Familiar with ARM MCU peripheral design and automotive electronics development process

3. Skill requirements：

* Proficient in C\C++, python and other programming tools

* Proficient in hardware design EDA tools such as Cadence

* Master Matlab/Simulink algorithm modeling and CANoe testing tools

* Possess cross-disciplinary coordination capabilities of battery protection strategy and thermal management system

* Familiar with the design, certification and production process of BMS

* Familiar with relevant suppliers and industry distribution in the battery cell and BMS industry

* Have good coordination and communication skills, need to adapt to short-term business trips to support on-site commissioning

* Experience in power or energy storage BMS is preferred

4. Language ability: English CET-4 and above, can read technical documents
