We are hiring a Robot Algorithm Engineer to join an advanced four-legged robot R&D team, working across the full pipeline from intelligent motion algorithms to low-level motor control. This role offers strong careers growth through hands-on development with reinforcement learning, real-time control, and physical robot testing. These exciting employment opportunities are ideal for engineers passionate about robotics, AI, and system integration.
Requirements include:

 

  1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science, robotics, automation, electronic engineering or related majors.
  2. Have a solid Python programming foundation and are familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning framework (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  3. A solid foundation of C++ programming (familiar with C++ 11/14/17 is better), and a good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
  4. Have a basic understanding of the basics of robotics (such as kinematics and dynamics).
  5. Have a certain understanding of the basic principles of reinforcement learning (RL) and common algorithms (such as PPO, SAC, etc.).
  6. Possess excellent hands-on ability, quick learning ability and enthusiasm for solving practical problems.
