We are hiring a Front-end Engineer to develop and optimize our intelligent service console across PC and mobile platforms. Requirements include:

(1) Hard skill requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, software, communications and other related majors (graduation certificate + complete degree certificate)；

2. Proficient in HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript (ES6+), proficient in at least one mainstream front-end framework (Angular/Vue/React), and in-depth understanding of component development ideas；

3. Have Node.js development experience, familiar with front-end engineering tools (Webpack/Babel/AMD/CMD, etc.), experience in Web layer development in high concurrency scenarios is preferred；

4. Master the core solutions of Web performance optimization, browser compatibility debugging, and Web security protection, and be familiar with the HTTP protocol and W3C specifications.；

5. Extra points: Familiar with back-end languages such as Java/PHP, and experience in cloud-native, Serverless, micro-front-end, and cross-end development (Native App/applet).

(2) Soft quality requirements

1. Have the ability to solve complex technical problems independently, have clear logical thinking, and be good at cross-team communication and collaboration.；

2. Have a continuous enthusiasm for front-end technology, willing to summarize and share, and have a sense of technical precipitation (such as open source projects / technical blogs)；

3. Strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, and can quickly adapt to the pace of business iteration and technological innovation.
