2. experience：

-3-5 years of project management experience in robotics, intelligent hardware or high-end equipment industries, experience in humanoid robots, four-legged robots or service robots is preferred.

-Possess the ability of collaborative project management of hardware and software, and be familiar with the development process of core robot modules (such as motion control, SLAM, AI interaction, etc.).

-Industry background is preferred: experience in robotics companies, Xiaomi Ecological Chain, Chase, DJI, Yushu Technology, and other leading companies.

3. Core ability：

-Proficient in project management methodology (such as PMP/Agile development), able to flexibly respond to technical research and resource conflicts.
