Requirements:

1. Requires a professional degree in art and design. College degree or above (industry characteristics are somewhat complex industrial interface).

2. First of all, it is required to be visual. Strong art foundation is preferred. Aesthetics are not biased.

3. At least 2 years of UI work experience. At least 1 year of mobile app or web design.

4. Be pragmatic in terms of UX, willing to learn, and not serious.

5. It is best to have done B-end products before. You can have never worked on a B-end product, but you must be able to accept the difficulties and limitations of the UI design of the B-end product.

6. It would be better if you had a dabble in data visualization, game UI, 3D modeling and rendering, VR, etc.
