Key candidate requirements include:

1. Bachelor degree or above；

2. Experience in headhunting or HRBP for sales positions in companies such as robots and AGVS is preferred.；

3. Familiar with the daily management workflow of human resources, and have rich practical experience in recruitment, performance and other modules.；

4. Have good business understanding and insight, understand the characteristics of the industry and sales team, have a sales team HRBP background or an HR background with sales experience；

5. Result-oriented, strong learning ability, good logical thinking ability and execution ability, and quick results；

6. Possess good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, be able to handle complex relationships, have strong stress resistance, and have strong affinity.
