– Assess robotic systems, including hardware and software, to ensure functionality and feasibility for achieving optimal performance standards.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving production processes and advise on suitable solutions for increased efficiency.
– Build and program articulated robots for various applications, including CNC loading, laser capture and dispensing, and motor LOCTITE dispensing.
– Develop logic for machine vision systems for robot guidance, ensuring accurate and reliable performance in EV applications and automated manufacturing lines.
– Configure and program Cartesian robots for tasks such as laser capture and dispensing, PCB soldering, and automobile panel cover applications.
– Design and implement robotics for human interface using programming languages such as Python, focusing on ease of use and efficient interaction.
– Conduct implant training programs, providing hands-on experience with robotics systems and substation operations to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
– Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
– Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in robotics engineering, applying new knowledge to improve project outcomes and drive innovation.
