Electrical Engineer / Technician - Prototype to Production

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with design teams and production engineers.​
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, preferred EPlan (cabling) and Altium (electronics) ​
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.​
• Ability to analyze and restructure manufacturing data.​

• Problem-solving skills for production transitions.​
• Fluent English skills.​
• Project management skills for efficient execution of production preparations.​
• Experience in conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).​
• Proven experience in product development from conception to production.​

Responsibilities:

You are responsible for transferring innovative designs from the prototype phase to mass production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.

Your tasks include:

• Developing and refining prototypes according to design specifications.​
• Collaborating with manufacturing teams to scale prototypes into production-ready designs.​
• Optimizing designs for assembly and providing precise documentation.​
• Conducting tests and quality assurance to ensure product reliability.​
• Precise and detailed creation of documentation (production, drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing files, etc…)
