Requirements:

  • Successful sales experience, preferably in executive key account management in robotics, AI, automation or related technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and motivate people in both German and English.
  • A holistic view and knowledge of sales strategy, planning and execution, business and product strategy and processes, with the ability to help shape and influence the long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio based on a deep understanding of customer needs.
  • Technical affinity, enthusiasm for technology and ideally market knowledge in robotics, AI and automation - you are a first mover with a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to engage with our customers on a global scale, including working across time zones.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to meet the needs of different partners and training environments.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated all-around Strategic Sales Partner (Human) who thinks differently than the masses and will utilize all sales opportunities to further fuel our growth and drive NEURA Robotics to become the leading brand in robotics.

  • Implement our sales strategy in an innovative way to achieve ambitious daily sales targets and maximize business opportunities in a holistic and global supervision approach of the assigned partnership cluster.
  • Build strong lifetime value relationships with business partners and actively create new business development projects on your available partner leads.
  • Create innovative and sustainable professional solution concepts and demonstrate their technical feasibility and commercial benefits to your partners.
  • Create innovative revenue streams and be responsible for ambitious revenue planning and performance Management.
  • Provide strategic marketing input through ongoing market and customer research.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement by actively gathering feedback, using the CRM system, product strategies and improving robot use cases and relationship flow for each partner.
  • Lead different stakeholders in special projects, prototypes, custom developments to deliver excellent customer experience across the value chain from first contact with our NEURAVERSE to ongoing ownership as well as in our service experience.
  • Provide coaching focused on our NEURAVERSE processes and systems to drive effectiveness and efficiency while promoting a customer-centric experience, coaching behaviors that lead to exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with all NEURA Robotics security policies, ISO certifications and standards. Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations affecting robotics operations.
  • Perform commercial and legal contract review, including risk assessment, in accordance with applicable requirements.
  • Focus the team to develop and execute customer success plans detailing efforts to achieve higher adoption and satisfaction, aligned with customer business outcomes.
  • Represent NEURA Robotics at internal and external tradeshows and events - be our point of contact for the entire customer lifecycle.
