Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in automotive, capital equipment, industrial robotics or related industries. Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications. Demonstrated understanding of electromechanical components and their manufacturing processes. Familiarity with quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and tools. Experience in conducting detailed inspections and identifying deviations or defects in components. Strong analytical skills to analyze inspection findings, identify root causes of quality issues, and propose effective corrective actions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Ability to articulate inspection findings, document reports, and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in a timely manner. Capable of implementing corrective measures to enhance component quality and reliability. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough inspection of incoming components and accurate documentation of inspection results. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common quality objectives. Familiarity with computer applications and software for data entry, documentation, and reporting purposes. Experience with quality management systems (QMS) is a plus. High School Diploma required. An Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
