Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Manage the order confirmation.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Keep under systematic review the ERP system.
  • Providing support for the sales team.
  • Develop monthly sales reports and consolidation of sales forecasts.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Email responses to leads and dispatch to Area Sales Managers.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in the sales department of a small or medium-sized company with administrative responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with an ERP required (Odoo and SAP).
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to adapt in a multicultural environment and to communicate across different departments.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
