Requirements:

1. Mechanical, automation, electrical and other related majors, college degree or above;
2. More than 2.3 years of on-site management experience in robotics and automation projects;
3. Familiar with automation equipment installation and commissioning methods; familiar with system integration knowledge; familiar with basic electrical schematics; master basic network knowledge;
4. Able to lead the on-site work of mechanical and electrical installers;
5. Possess good team management skills and communication skills with others;
6. Have a positive attitude and good stress resistance;
7. Able to adapt to long-term business trips;
8. Can use CAD and office, and those who have passed PMP certification are preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's project management, promote the progress of the project, and implement the project plan changes in accordance with the company's decision-making;
2. Responsible for conducting regular inspections of the projects to which they belong, outputting inspection reports, and discovering and solving problems in a timely manner;
3. Responsible for weekly regular meetings, reporting the progress of the project internally and externally, and making regular reports on the phased results of the project's progress;
4. Responsible for project construction quality, construction process, implementation of product technical indicators, and project delivery confirmation;
5. Responsible for project acceptance and payment return;
6. Responsible for the project budget, control the project implementation costs, and count the project department's implementation costs every week;
7. Responsible for the implementation of the work arrangements of engineers and interns, and guide the implementation of the project site;
8. Responsible for the implementation, supervision and inspection of the workflow of the project implementation team to which it belongs.
